Tangy meyer lemon glaze which comes mostly from our Tustin neighbors' backyard meyer lemons.

BUMBLEBERRY GLAZED
Our 4o-hour yeast sourdough dipped in a "bumble" of berries glaze: wild blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.


BANOFFEE
Inspired by the traditional English banoffee pie, topped with homemade banana pudding, banana whipped cream, toffee sauce and streusel.


BUTTER PECAN
40-hour yeast ring dipped in a brown butter maple glaze and topped with roasted pecan toffee pieces.


VERMONT MAPLE GLAZED
A classic homemade Vermont maple glazed.


CHOCOLATE GLAZED
Yeast donut dipped in our triple chocolate glaze.


SUGAR
Our 40-hour yeast sourdough doused in sugar.

HARRY'S BERRIES STRAWBERRY GLAZED
An intensely fresh, true to fruit glaze made with Harr's Berries strawberries; known to be picked at peak seasonal perfection.


STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
A cream cheese glazed sourdough ring topped with house-made strawberry jam, cream cheese whip & pie crust crumble.


BLOSSOM
Our 40-hour sourdough ring, fried to order and glazed in a delicate lavender finish, layered with elderflower pudding, blackberries soaked in rose petal syrup, and a cloud of fennel whipped cream. It lands light and each note stays in balance.


LAVENDER SUGAR
Our 40-hour sourdough ring, fried to order, then tossed in a finely milled lavender sugar. Softly aromatic, never perfumey, with just enough floral lift to feel bright and balanced.


SPRINKLE
Vanilla bean glaze and sprinkles.


MONTE CRISTO
Sourdough wrapped around ham and gruyere cheese, dusted with powdered sugar and served with a side of house-made strawberry jam.
